5Indemnity

I am acquainted with all rules, regulations and requirements of this event. I am aware of the hazards and risks of offshore ocean angling and I attend and enter this competition at my own risk. I indemnify the organizers, the committee of the Ballito Ski Boat Club and the event officials and servants from liability in the event of our suffering damages, injury or loss resulting from any cause or circumstances, at sea or on the Club grounds.
